20 HOUR RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING with mia tarduno
Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body into positions of comfort and ease, to facilitate health and relaxation. This gentle practice is the perfect balm for a body, mind, or heart in need of rest. In this weekend module you will learn how to practice and teach restorative yoga to create experiences of deep rejuvenation and rest. This weekend is open to curious students, yoga teachers or trainees, and practitioners of other modalities who may want to incorporate Restorative Yoga into their offerings.
20 HOUR YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Dive into the philosophy of Yin, breakdown the meridians, review the anatomy of the spine, hips and fascia, learn tons of poses (some you will not learn elsewhere) and review tips & tricks for teaching and taking a Yin Yoga class. We will also do 3 – 4 juicy yin practices complete with yoga nidra meditations. You don’t want to miss this!

- The Art & Science of Sequencing
- The Basics of Yin Yoga
- The Basics of Prenatal Yoga
- Teaching Methodologies such as effective cueing, demoing, class set up, understanding adjustments and the use of props
- How to See & Support Your Students
- The Business of Yoga; understanding all of professional opportunities for yoga teachers
- How to build conscious communities
- Yoga Ethics
Trainees will also have the opportunity to:
