Detailed Descriptions Of Our Services

Anti-gravity stretching inspired by acroyoga and Thai massage with partners held up by the practitioners hands and feet. These sequences of inverted poses decompress the spine, improve structural alignment, increase blood circulation, relieve digestive disorders, and open the heart body.  This massage is open to anyone with no prior yoga or acrobatic experience necessary and can easily be a 15 minute add on to any massage.

Get the same great benefits of Thai and the precise deep pressure you desire with barefoot massage!  By fusing Thai and Ashiatsu this massage uses gravity and broad strokes to help elongate the spine, dramatically stretch shortened muscles, flush the body’s lymphatic system, improve posture, and increase range of motion and flexibility.

This service combines deep tissue and Thai techniques to increase flexibility, range of motion, and circulation.  This massage incorporates both eastern and western modalities to manipulate soft tissue to treat chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems.  This is great to release tension in the hips and low back from activities such as skiing and hiking.

Thai Healing is given fully clothed on a bed of healing amethyst crystals and infrared heat. The infrared heat penetrates to the cellular level rapidly speeding repair, regeneration, reducing inflammation and pain, while boosting immune function. Traditional Thai Healing is a sacred, ancient form of eastern bodywork.. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client,  the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body of the recipient. In this process, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, emotional clearing for physical and mental well being.

Coaching the Body; In addition to Thai Bodywork this practice uses an approach to therapeutic bodywork that utilizes techniques from traditional Thai Bodywork and more sophisticated Hands Free techniques as a means of efficiently treating myofascial trigger points in muscles and restoring normal motion across joins while treating pain patterns, specific conditions and physical dysfunction.  There is dialogue throughout the session In this treatment contract and relax stretching using a Liberator or EPS tool to distract the central nervous system and release trigger point patterns. Which can alleviate trigger points and pain patterns while resetting the muscle to normal function.
